He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessee Eugene, Sr. and Dorothy Maxine Murray Rosenbalm; his nephew Christopher Robin Scott; and his grandparents, Spencer, Emma Murray, Jessee and Ethel Rosenbalm.
He is survived by: his siblings, Connie Scott, Jessee Rosenbalm (Lola) and Jeff Rosenbalm (Tammy); and his nephews, Jason Eugene Rosenbalm, Jonathan Adam Rosenbalm, Wiley Neal Jackson, III and Jefferson Andrew Rosenbalm.
