He is survived by: his wife Louise Lemons; his children, Joe Frank Lemons, Jr. (Nancy) of Abingdon, VA, Sherrie Bright (Bobby) of Bristol, VA and Ricky Lemons (Regina) of Piney Flats, TN; his grandchildren, Michael Bright (Brandy) of Bristol, TN and Ashley Edson (Andy) of Bristol, VA; his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Damian, Michael, Zayden and Conner; and his siblings, Patsy Lemmons, Betty Fields (James) and George "Keener" Lemmons (Judy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
