We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2019, at the age of 88, Joe Fleenor Smith (Bristol, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Dr. Joseph Fleenor; his wife Mary Alice Pursley Smith; his parents, Willie "Bill" Smith and Emory Smith; his siblings, Emory Smith Jr. and Audra Belle Smith Kincheloe of Kansas City; his children, Joe, Angela Shaffer (Don) and Terryl Yates (John); his grandchildren, Natalie, Jared Gibbs, Rachel, Kevin Thayer, Jacob Scyphers, Arthur, Tessa Smith, Andrew, Jillian Smith, Albert, Danielle Smith, Audrey and Bruce Holley; his great grandchildren, Caroline, James, Lola, Zane, Avery, Warren, Henry and Clara; his friend Mary Kay Dishner; and also Becky. He was also cherished by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
