He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Clark. He is survived by: his children, Caleb Clark (Hannah), Cameron Clark (Melissa) and Camille Bott (Aaron); his father David Clark; his sister Brenda Statzer; and his grandchildren, Juliet Clark, Emma Clark and Lincoln Clark.
