He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Leland Wiseman and Ethel Lucille Honaker Wiseman; his siblings, Jack Wiseman and Carolyn Bailey; and his former wife Janet Kay Wiseman.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Wiseman (Kay); his sister Anna Sue Butler (Franklin); his children, Kimberly Parker, Tabatha Brownschidle (Robert), Scott Sackin and Grant Sackin (Paula); and his grandchildren, Robbie Brownschidle and Katie Brownschidle.
Due to the COVID pandemic, a private family service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bristol Humane Society Animal Shelter or the First Presbyterian Church.
