He was predeceased by: his parent John Harvey Huggins. He is survived by: his parent Amanda Octavia Huggins; his sons, Larry Huggins of Bristol, VA, Ed Huggins (Chris) of Centreville, VA, Andy Huggins (Tove) of Brumunddal, Norway Huggins and Mark Huggins (Elizabeth) of Bristol, VA; and his grandchildren, David, Joseph, Martin, Walker, Jordan, Christina, Rachel, Emily, Amanda, Meg, Katie, Abby and Hannah. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
