He is survived by: his children, Rusty Counts and Carla Hill; his grandchild Amy Nestor; his great grandchildren, Mercede, Hunter, Noah and Madison; his great great grandchild Avah; and his siblings, Robert Counts of Norton and Kay Woods of Abingdon.
