He is survived by: his wife Sally Jackson Duty; his children, Michelle Hodge (Randy) and Matthew Duty; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Knauer (Matt), Kelsey Hodge and Brenndan Duty; and his great grandchild Azura Knauer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
