With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Cary Perkins (Bristol, Virginia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on June 3, 2018 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Paula J. Perkins of Bristol; his son Randy Perkins (Eve) of Abingdon; his brother Leonard Reeves (Harriet) of Thompson; and his grandchildren, Rose Perkins and Henry Perkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Royal Oak Presbyterian Church Youth Group, 139 West Main Street, Marion VA 24354.
