He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Mullins and Marie Mullins. He is survived by: his sons, James Vincent Mullins (Donna) of Tazewell, VA and Douglas Allison Mullins of Bristol, TN; his grandson Aarron (Erin); his great grandchildren, Amelia and James Elijah Mullins of Johnson City, TN; his granddaughter Aimee Mullins (Bryce Barker) of Johnson City, TN; his sisters, Mary (Harvey Hartsock), Barbara (John Mullins) and Betty (Walter Hancock); his pet Patches; his wife Mona; and his sister Linda Delaney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Because of the Covid-19 outbreak, the family has chosen to do a Celebration of Life Ceremony at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to ask for donations be sent to the Alzheimer's Association in East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
