He is survived by: his wife Nancy Raines Blevins; his children, Jason (Ashley), Jennifer (Austin) and Eric (Christina); and his grandchildren, Alex, Sophia Crumpton, Andrew, Jack, Kate Blevins and Ruby Claire Blevins.
