He was predeceased by: his parents, W. R. Blaylock and Mollie Canter Blaylock. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Blaylock; his siblings, Lula Blaylock, Betty Allison, Seba Malcolm (Carl), Novella Gilbert and Clayton Blaylock (Betty); and his nephew Ronnie Blaylock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
