He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Emmett, Cynthia Stallard, Tanya Rutherford (Danny "Doc"), Lisa Watson (Tracy) and Angela Canty (Charles); his grandchildren, Lorie Berry, April Drum, Tonya Whiteside, David Rutherford, Patty Clark, Crystal Shook and Zac Watson; his brother Wayford Miller (Lois); and his close friends, Ellen Miler, Geneva Miller, Phyllis Hill and Bandit. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
