She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hicks and Mary Hicks; her husband Thomas Abelseth, Sr.; and her grandson Matthew Dylan Abelseth. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Cox and Thomas Abelseth, Jr. (Penny); her grandchildren, Brandon Abelseth (Tracy) of Ashley Cox, R. J, Katelyn Cox, Andrea Abelseth, Sarah Abelseth and Shane Tritt; her great grandchildren, Jaedyn Peters, Willow Cox, Waylon Abelseth, Kaycen Tritt and Sawyer Tritt; and her siblings, Frances Abelseth and Gene Hicks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in memory of Helen.
