She was predeceased by: her parent Wilburn Brannon; her husband Roy D. Widener, Sr.; and her children, Charlotte Blankenship (Dallas Blankenship), Roy "Buddy" Widener, Jr. and Timothy "Tim" D. Widener.
She is survived by: her parent Virginia Henley Brannon; her sons, Gary Don Widener (Debbie), David Wayne Widener (Darlene) and Joseph Edward "Joe" Widener (Tammy); her daughter-in-law Cathy Widener; and her sister Katie R. Ball (Harold). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
