He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl James and Beatrice Fleenor; his children, Sheila Denise Fleenor and Kevin Lee Fleenor; and his siblings, Gary, David, Louise, Barbara, Patricia and Joyce.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Fleenor; his daughters, Melissa Canter (Stephen Canter) and Lisa Blaylock (Duane Blaylock); his siblings, Brenda White and Bradley Fleenor; and his grandchildren, Kevin "Dale" Fleenor, Makenzie Simac (Jacob Simac), Sarah Jessee (Cody Jessee) and Jaydan Blaylock.
