He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Rasnake and Pearl Rasnake; his brothers, Jackie Rasnake, Herschel Rasnake and Hadley Rasnake; his mother-in-law Rose Ann Sebo; and his brother-in-law John David Sebo.
He is survived by: his wife Kim Rasnake of Bristol, VA; his children, Chris Rasnake of Bristol, VA and Sarah Cadieu (John) of Addison, Maine; his siblings, Shirley Watson of Jonesville, VA, Mozelle Guffey of Bristol, VA, Willetta Jackson (Eddie) of Abingdon, VA, Loretta Congdon (Gary) of Bristol, TN, Harmon Rasnake (Peggy) of Kingsport, TN and Leon Rasnake (Carol) of Bristol, VA; his father-in-law John Sebo of Abingdon, VA; his sister-in-law Leanne Marlier; and his pets, Sadie Belle, Bella May and Maggie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
