He was predeceased by: his siblings, Fred C. Collins, Geneva Collins, Marie Fleenor and Irene Collins McCracken. He is survived by: his children, Penny Collins and Harold "Buster" Collins, Jr. (Cindy, Chuck Collins); his siblings, Ackie Barker of Bristol, TN and Bruce Collins (Jackie) of Maryland; and his grandsons, Ronnie Graybeal, Andrew Collins, Joseph Collins, Cody Collins, Hunter Webb and Jake Collins. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, nieces and nephews.
