He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Lewis Roe and Margaret Roe Kaylor Reed; his wife Vickie Jane Vickers; and his brother Lewis D. Roe. He is survived by: his children, Brittany Marie Roe-Carter (Chris) of Abingdon, VA and Skylar Blaine Roe of Bristol, VA; his close friend Candy Lynn Price of Bristol, VA; his grandchildren, Braylon Spurgeon and Ella Carter; his sister Arnita Roe Brewer of Bristol, VA; his sister-in-law Iona Kay Roe of Bristol, VA; and his stepson Brandon M. Vieirs of Bristol, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services to help cover the cost of funeral expenses.
