He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Thomas and Mary Elizabeth Cowan (Watson); his sister Carolyn Janet Keith (Bill); and his nieces, Sherry Cox, Beth Cowan and Kathy Osborne.
He is survived by: his siblings, Norman Cowan (Shirley) and Becky Hammer; his nieces, Tracy Trigg (Sam), Elizabeth Grace, Hannah Cox, Aleshia Murray (Matt), Christy Napier (Terry) and Rebekah; and his nephew Carter Trigg.
