She is survived by: her siblings, Lee, Frank, Joe, Con Fuller, Vertie Fuller, Lucy Harrison, Edith Johnson and Irene Wampler; and her children, Michael Carter (Patty) of Bristol, VA., Patricia Carter-Fields (Gaines) of Bluff City, TN, Keith Carter (Sharon) of Disputanta, VA, James Carter (Gale) of Lebanon, VA and Tammy Whitaker (Rusty) of Bristol, VA.. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
