He is survived by: his son Charles Capps (Veronica); his siblings, Leanne Moehrke, Lance Dice (Rhonda), Tessa, Belinda and Carl; his aunt Theresa McCullough; his stepchildren, Brandon Fitts, Lacey Jacobson, Randee Armstrong and Zakry Lansdowne; his grandchildren, Natalie Capps, Landon Capps, Makayla Fitts and Ryan Jacobson; and his former wife Lynn Williams.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to DAV Chapter 39 in memory of Wayne.
