He is survived by: his sons, Michael Kelly (Billie) of Pickerington, OH, Richard Kelly (Janice) of Bristol, VA and James Kelly (Karen) of Charlottesville, VA; his grandchildren, Zac, Heather, Amanda, Madison, Ryan, Lauren and Josh; his sister Patsy Edmiston (Willard); and his sister-in-law Linda DeBord. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fellowship Chapel Building Fund, 201, Crockett Street, Bristol, VA 24201, in Mr. Kelly's name.
