With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George H. Andis (Bristol, Virginia), born in Washington, Virginia, who passed away on March 10, 2018 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Edgar Newton Andis (Ed); his wife Glenda Mae Cox; and his brother-in-law Earl Alonzoe Cox. He is survived by: his parent Ruby Opal White Andis; his children, Gary Allen Andis (Dianne Andis) of Bristol Va and Amy Rochell Andis (Mary Gazaway) of Bristol Tenn; his grandchildren, George Anthony Andis (Tony), Mark Allen Andis and Kadin Storm Castle; his great grandchild Damian Storm Castle; his friend Sue Cox; and his aunts, Frances White and Daisy Wampler.
In Lieu of flowers, the Andis family is requesting donations be made to Lung Cancer Research in memory of G. H. Andis.
