He is survived by: his wife Denise Caldwell; his sons, Jessee Caldwell (Alyssa) and Andy Caldwell (Michelle Snyder); his parents, Judy Mahan and Marvin Fields; his siblings, Matthew Fields, Marcus Fields, Malcum Fields, Brian Caldwell (Melissa) and Susan Caldwell; and his grandchildren, Allyson Caldwell, Bradley Caldwell, Ed Cox, Don Honeycutt, Joey Herron, Gardner and Gomer. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and his four dogs.
