He is survived by: his parent Anna Laura Stout Vance; his wife Hazel Stout Vance; his daughter Carol Tillison (Steve); his granddaughter Whitney McCracken (Brian); his great grandchildren, Austyn McCracken, Alexis McCracken and Anna McCracken; and his sister Mary Willis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
