She was predeceased by: her parents, Bordie Foulk and Fannie Foulk of Kingsport, TN.; her husband Jack; and her siblings, James, Henry, Charles Foulk, Anis Foulk and Laura Nell Foulk Cunningham.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Cox (Sonja) of Bristol, TN, Stuart Cox (Lisa) of Mountain City, TN and Sam Foulk (Karen) of Bristol, TN.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, Johnson City, TN or the Sullivan Country Animal Shelter, Blountville, TN.
