It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn DeBord Kelly in Bristol, Virginia, born in Saltville, Virginia, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James M. DeBord, Sr. and Louise Olinger DeBord; and her brothers, Bonner, Moses and Herschel DeBord.
She is survived by: her husband George N. Kelly; her sons, Michael Kelly (Billie) of Pickerington, OH, Richard Kelly (Janice) of Bristol, VA and James Kelly (Karen) of Charlottesville, VA; her grandchildren, Zac, Heather, Amanda, Madison, Ryan, Lauren and Josh; and her sister-in-law Linda DeBord. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fellowship Chapel Building Fund, 201, Crockett Street, Bristol, VA 24201, or to Our Mission Hospice Foundation of Caris Health Care of Abingdon, VA, in Mrs. Kelly's name.
