It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Ray Roe of Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on May 23, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roe and Annie Mae Kinsley Roe; and his siblings, Thelma Mackhome, Jean Campbell, Lilly Lindley, John, Dewey, Don and Earl Roe.

He is survived by: his wife Glenna Wagner Roe; his children, Wendy Pairgin Wann, Melissa Hubbard (Billy) and Rickie Pairgin (Beverly); his sisters, Dorothy Campbell and Sue Baumgardner (Don); and his grandchildren, Tyler Wann (Chelsea), Aaron Wann (Anna), Andrew Jacobs, Jarrod Pairgin (Tara), Jordan Pairgin (Abby), Lisa Crawford and Ashley Rose (Dylan). He is also survived by 6 other great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
