He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roe and Annie Mae Kinsley Roe; and his siblings, Thelma Mackhome, Jean Campbell, Lilly Lindley, John, Dewey, Don and Earl Roe.

He is survived by: his wife Glenna Wagner Roe; his children, Wendy Pairgin Wann, Melissa Hubbard (Billy) and Rickie Pairgin (Beverly); his sisters, Dorothy Campbell and Sue Baumgardner (Don); and his grandchildren, Tyler Wann (Chelsea), Aaron Wann (Anna), Andrew Jacobs, Jarrod Pairgin (Tara), Jordan Pairgin (Abby), Lisa Crawford and Ashley Rose (Dylan). He is also survived by 6 other great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
