It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Phillip Baumgartner (Bristol, Virginia), who passed away on August 4, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Baumgartner (Dawn). He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
