He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tignor and Eliza Tignor; and his siblings, Delmar Tignor, Acie Tignor, Dorothy Kestner and Juanita Townsend.
He is survived by: his wife Temple Tignor; his children, Kent Tignor (Beverly) and Robin Allison; his grandchildren, Telena Carr, Eric Carr, Gina Davis (Brandon) and Jillian Boone (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Laiken McKinley Lane, Kaiden Swick, Colt Davis, Truett Davis, Aspen Davis and Coral Davis; his half-sister Jane Musick; and his close friends, Mike Wise, Jeff Crawford, Fred, Cara Baker, Brian, Regina Hutchins, Shannon, Andrea Leonard and Frank Hanger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Shiloh Freewill Baptist Church in memory of Earl.
