We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2018, at the age of 63, Dulcy Mae Leonard (Bristol, Virginia), born in Bristol, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jeff D. Leonard; her parents, Della Childress and Maynard Childress; and her brother Check Chaffin. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Vudragovich (Leonard) and Kevin Leonard (Ashley); her grandsons, Gavin Leonard, Garrett Leonard and Gentry Leonard; and her siblings, Leonard Childress, Darrell Childress, Raymond Childress, Shirley Goodson, Linda Simcox and Cathy Ledbetter (Reick). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD), which works to support people living with FTD, their families, healthcare professionals and researchers contributing to the search for effective treatments and a cure.
