With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Mae Goodson of Bristol, Virginia, born in Bluff City, Tennessee, who passed away on April 3, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hatcher and Linda Lee Roberts; her husband James Leon Goodson; and her daughter Janie Lee Leonard. She is survived by: her children, Doug Leonard, Kathy Leonard, Joyce Gogley, Tim Leonard and Rex Leonard. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 16 great great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
