She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Stevenson and Linnie May Vance Stevenson; her husband Roger Dale Neel; and her siblings, Bernard, Bill, Clyde, Darrell, Glen Stevenson, Sue Beavers and Sherri Stevenson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherri Garrett (Bryant) of Bristol, VA and Annette Childress of North Tazewell, VA; her siblings, Danny Stevenson (Patty) of Princeton, WV, Carol Ward, Brenda Bailey, Pam Stevenson and Nadine Hale; her grandchildren, Brittany Hancock of Piney Flats, TN, Megan Grady (Cody) of Bristol, VA, Brydon of Bristol, VA and Braxton Garrett of Bristol, VA; and her great grandchildren, Leeland, Gunner and Kahra. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
