She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Rutherford and Victoria Bowman Rutherford; her husband Harold L. Webb; and her brothers, Kelcy and Kenneth Rutherford.
She is survived by: her sister Mildred Rutherford; her caregivers, Donna Turner and Doris Hall; and her close friends, Joanne and Betty Jo. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
