She is survived by: her children, Anthony Booher, Allen Booher and Sarah Worley; her grandsons, Cody Worley, Dustin Worley and Tyler Worley (Cortney); her great grandchild Karl Bradley Worley; her siblings, Christy Osborne (James), Megan Shelton (William), Alyson Wright (Kevin), Jimmy Fillers (Donna), Eddie Fillers (Betty) and Timothy Fillers; and her goddaughter Cindy Morton. She is also survived by great-great) nieces and nephews, cousins.
