He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh J. Guffey and Lillian Edell Harrington Guffey; and his son Randy Guffey. He is survived by: his wife Emma Mozelle Rasnake Guffey; his children, Donald Wayne Guffey, Jr. (Rita), Joseph Michael Guffey (Barbara), Richard Eric Guffey (Vanessa) and Shirley Elizabeth Williams (Paul); and his stepsons, Jesse Ray Oliver and Robert Paul Oliver (Melissa). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
