He is survived by: his children, Donald Wayne Trivett (Tess) and Carla Jordan (John); his father Tommy Trivett; his stepmother Pat Trivett; his grandson Brandon Clark; and his siblings, Dianna Riffe (Richard), Tommy W. Trivett (Linda) and Becky Berry (Stephen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
