He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Puckett; his children, Sandy Carrier (Gary), Dianna Martin (Darrell), Jackie Puckett (Trula), Linda Branch and Jerry Puckett (MaryAnn); his grandchildren, Tisha Brown (Tony), Eric Martin (Felicia), Lindsey Chapman, Chris Chapman, Sarah Wright (Chuck), Lance Carrier (Emilee), Kaylen Snapp (Isaac), Grant Puckett (Danielle), Laken Puckett, Jerryn Puckett and Camron Carrier (Katy); his great grandchildren, Dana Brown, Will Brown, Seth Woodby, Connor Brown, Paige Chapman, Austin Chapman, Jayden Martin, Ethan, Landon, Dakota DeBord and Holland Carrier; his siblings, Beecher Puckett (Fern), Paul "Tink" Puckett (Teresa) and Debbie Fleenor; and his friends, Clarence Parks and Shirley Fields. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
