It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Francis Sanderson Sr. (Bristol, Virginia), born in Princeton, West Virginia, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Von Yates and Jasper Cecil "Dick" Sanderson. He is survived by: his family Don; his wife Carmelita Sanderson; his son Donald Francis Sanderson Jr. (Ruth) of Kingsport, TN; his brothers, Richard Sanderson of Richmond, VA, John Sanderson (Sharon) of Richmond, VA and Jeff Sanderson (Lisa) of Wilmington, NC; his stepbrother Danny Goins (Debbie) of Roanoke, VA; his stepdaughters, Marsha Lynch (JP) and Missy Cloud of Trenton, GA; and his friend Bob Cloud of Trenton, GA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
