He was predeceased by: his parent Oferal Bush; and his siblings, Fred Bush, Sr., David Bush, Clyde Bush, Oferal Bush, Jr. and Shelley Jean Sturgill.
He is survived by: his parent Stella Townes Bush; his spouse Mary Kelly Bush; his son Michael Bush (Tiffany); his stepgrandchildren, Ava Deckard and Alen Deckard; his siblings, Logan Bush (Terri) and Nadine Kennedy; his mother-in-law Wilma Blakeley; and his siblings-in-law, Harry Kelly (Juanita), Fred Sturgill, Helen Bush and Brenda Bush. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
