She is survived by: her children, Herbert Dewey Barbrow (Candy) and Rosa Ellen Barbrow Montgomery (Larry); her granddaughters, Kristie Montgomery and Amy Lynn Montgomery; and her brothers, James Phibbs (Mary), Milton Phibbs, Marvin Phibbs (Elaine), Lacy Phibbs and Herbert Phibbs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
