He is survived by: his sons, James Lee, Chris and Josh; his siblings, Sharon Kestner, Frances Maiden (Bob), Wilma Skeens and Jeff Skeens; his close friend Wayne Lambert (Teddie); his niece Kristi Gronlund (Shawn); his nephews, Matt Branch (Jessica Glover), David, Jason Nunn and Josh Rush Jeremy Maiden (Jessica Faccone); and also Buddy Smith (Pat).
