She is survived by: her son Barry Akers (Patricia); her brother Hugh A. "Buck" Catron (Jimi Dee); and her grandchildren, Troy W. Akers (Trish) and Richia Leigh Akers. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; five great great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
