Cook (Jim) of Oakwood; her sister Jenny Lowe (Ernest) of Short Gap; her children, Tara Cook Mitchell of Lebanon and Logan Mackey of Tazewell; and her grandchildren, Lesly Roope of Abingdon, Carter Hess of Lebanon and Knox Mitchell of Lebanon. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
