He is survived by: his mother Alice Louise Barker Rutherford (Allan); his sister Tracy Annette Hatfield Perkey; his nieces and nephews, Alexis Sandefur and Chasity Woolley (Julian); his brother Scottie Len Snapp (Tammy); his nephews, Alex, Noah and Mason; his niece Chloe; his brother Christopher Rutherford (Dottie); and his nieces and nephews, Derek and Asia.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Blevins Funeral Home and Cremation Services (417 Lee St, Bristol, VA 24201). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
