He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence McCaully Parsons and Minerva Waddell; and his brothers, Jack Parsons (Margie) and Lawrence Parsons (Ruth). He is survived by: his wife Sally Ann Parsons; his daughter Billie Ann Schneider of Bristol, VA.; his grandchildren, Daniel Schneider (Amy) of Aldie, VA and Sally Perry (Scott) of Springfield, VA; his great grandchildren, Erika, Brendan Schneider and Sullivan Perry; and his nieces, Libby Baltzley (Ken), Sue Bell (Robert) and Linda Williams (Gerry).
