He is survived by: his parent Reta Carrier Manuel; his sisters, Sandra Baker of Confluence and Joanne Daugherty of Bristol, Tenn.; and his nephews, Daniel Pendergrass of Fort Hill, Tim Brewer of Elizabethton, Joey Daugherty and Jeremy Daugherty of Bristol, Tenn.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
