It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Lee Griffin of Bristol, Virginia, born in Sugar Grove, Virginia, who passed away on February 25, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Lee Griffin and Margaret Hutton Griffin; and his siblings, William Griffin, Vivian Love and Marie Sherfey.
He is survived by: his niece Angela Marie Rash (William) of Bristol, VA; his nephew William Lee Griffin (Pam) of Bristol, VA; his sisters, Daphne Lois Powers of Bristol, VA and Patricia Ann Boyle (Rod) of Alexandria, IN; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Elijah Fricker, Timmy Griffin, Chloe Hayton and Breanna Rash; and his sister-in-law Mary Griffin. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
