It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Henry Kreeger Jr. of Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on March 6, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charles Kreeger; his former wife Barbara Evelyn Gibbs; his wife Patricia Eicholtz Kreeger; his daughter Robin Louise Lewis; and his daughter-in-law Melissa Kay Kreeger.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Eugene Gibbs, Wendy Priscilla Kreeger, Charles Newton Kreeger, John Wesley Kreeger (Cheryl) and Billy Joel Eicholtz Kahler; his sisters, Rose Leas and Nancy Roth; and his close friend Denny Payne. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to ASPCA or the American Cancer Society in memory of Charles.
